You are permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the acb65 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

Account Management

Upon successful registration, you will be issued a personal account on the acb65 Platform. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised such activity.

Login Credentials: You must keep your username and password strictly confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. acb65 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to us immediately at [email protected].

Account Security: You are responsible for ensuring that your account is accessed only from secure devices and networks. acb65 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify acb65 immediately. acb65 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your account.

Account Verification (KYC): acb65 is required to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad registered number matching your account)

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

Any verified account balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending wagering requirements and identity verification checks.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: acb65 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion fees, if any, are charged by your payment provider and are outside acb65's control. acb65 does not charge a fee for processing deposits.

Withdrawals: You may submit a withdrawal request at any time provided that:

• Your account has been fully verified (KYC complete)
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed your available real-money balance (bonus funds are excluded)
• Any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses have been satisfied
• There are no outstanding security flags or fraud investigations on your account

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad — typically within 24 hours; Rocket and Upay — typically within 24 hours; bank transfers — 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. These timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed.

acb65 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, over which acb65 has no control.

Bonuses & Promotions

acb65 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant offer and the general provisions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms will prevail.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified for each promotion. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of ৳20,000 before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified players only. acb65 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on account activity, deposit history, geographic location, or any other factor at our sole discretion. Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. One bonus per household address and IP address applies.

• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the offer. Expired bonus funds will be removed from your account automatically.
• Bets placed using bonus funds on restricted game categories (as specified per offer) will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Attempting to withdraw real-money funds while an active bonus is attached to your account may result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being forfeited.
• acb65 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to cancel a bonus credited in error.

Any player found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or exploiting technical errors — will have their bonus and any resulting winnings forfeited and their account suspended.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the acb65 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, market, or game. These rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

Bet Acceptance: acb65 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are not confirmed until you receive an explicit acceptance confirmation from the Platform. In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during bet placement, acb65 reserves the right to declare the affected bets void.

Odds and Markets: All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. acb65 reserves the right to correct any odds that are posted in error (palpable error). Where a bet is placed at odds that are materially different from the correct market odds due to a system or data feed error, acb65 reserves the right to void or reprice the bet at the correct odds.

Casino and Slot Games: All casino and slot games hosted on the acb65 Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Game results are determined independently and cannot be influenced by acb65 or any third party. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published by the respective game providers and are available within each game's information panel.

Live Betting: Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended at any time due to events occurring during a match, including but not limited to goals, wickets, penalties, red cards, or match interruptions. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided. acb65 is not responsible for delays between live event data feeds and the Platform's market updates.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the acb65 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: including the use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods, identity fraud, or misrepresentation of personal information.
• Money laundering: using the Platform to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity.
• Collusion: coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Use of automated systems: employing bots, scripts, macros, or any other automated software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
• Bonus abuse: creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or deliberately exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour.
• Match fixing or insider information: placing bets based on inside information or information relating to the manipulation of a sporting event.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Modify or create derivative works based on any Content

Limitation of Liability

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude acb65's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Governing Law
